Concept
We are a Design/Build Firm. What does that mean? There are multiple approaches to construction. Some companies just build others just design. In the construction process there are many parts. Concept>Budgeting>Design>Drafting>Permitting>Product Selections>Purchasing>Specialty Contracting>Inspecting>Finishing>Servicing. We do this all from Concept to Servicing. No need to go hire an architect, find an interior designer, get a general contractor, get permits, find trade contractors. That is what we do...it will save you time, money, and quite possibly your marriage.....
Consultations
Initial Consultations are free and usually take an hour or two. Its a time to meet each other and get an initial review of the property, project, and grasp of the renovation. As we review everything we will discuss ideas, timeframes, and budget. During this visit we can give you options and ideas of designs & budgets. Once we agree on a direction we will then prepare proposals and options and set up a second visit.
